Skills are reusable instruction sets that tell Claude how to handle specific tasks. Instead of re-explaining what you need every session, you invoke a skill and it just works. Built these from my own daily workflows running a startup, then packaged them for other operators. The coaching skill alone replaced hours of “let me think through this” solo time.
