ConsenSys — Strategy & Operations

The pivot chapter. Danny stopped trying to solve coordination at the application layer (ed-tech) and started trying to change the substrate underneath. Every subsequent role is at the substrate layer.

The visible reframe ("political, not technical") is the public version. The deeper move is architectural: identity is political infrastructure, not technical.

The "speculation dressed up as revolution" line is the opening of Joining ConsenSys and Decentra-mania, where the full thinking lives.
